Return & Refund Policy


Every product at The Real BossLady Beauty is made with a lot of love, care and precision. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any of our products unless you receive a damaged/defected product.
In case of a defective product, you should report the same within 48 hours of delivery of the product. Complaints will not be entertained after 48 hours of delivery.

The standard delivery time is 3-4 business days.
